Job Profile For FME ( Facility Management Engineer ):
* Develop, maintain and support the local network. ; network security, user security, network file and Print services, servers and network infrastructure, data back-up and virus protection.
* Provide direct support to staff in the areas of: PC Hardware & Software, Desktop,
* Networking, E-mail, Server operation and performance and provide primary expertise in those area. Affirm service level agreements and devise methods of achieving agreement levels.
* Helping out staff in their query which is related to hardware & software.
* Taking a Weekly Backup on R-W CD & Server
* Knowledge on Lotus Notes
* Good Communication & Hardware and Networking Skills
Walk – in Interviews from Monday to Saturday between 10 am. to 5 pm.
